For hot stamping, the rapid cooling of workpiece is made when forming. As the hot stamping technology has been developed, we have invented the method to cool down the workpiece efficiently and in shorter time and have designed and manufactured the die tools which apply to the method.

Since internal pressure during pressing exceeds 250MPa, high rigidity is required for dies.
We perform rigidity simulation of the dies for structure optimization.
